April 2023 update
Hello everyone. This is our inaugural blog entry and I want to start by thanking you for taking the time to visit our site and read our blog page. I fully intend to flush this forum out in order to facilitate a free and open way to communicate and/or discuss common sense approaches to building wealth, and following a healthy financial path. I have truly been blessed to work on this project and am excited to continue working on its improvement and see how it may assist others in developing strategies to place themselves on better financial footing. At the least, I hope these articles and entries will help inform the general public and avoid landmines that we’ve encountered in the past.
For the April dividend report, please take a moment to watch the short YouTube video included below. I will also include a small csv file to this entry, with the top 100 dividend payers from the cash dividends paid per share report for many companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges. For further research, please feel free to reach out and ask about beta testing the application or subscribing to a monthly or annual plan for a small fee. We are a private organization and do not receive funding from any other source besides our users and business operations. We do not intend to monetize through advertising, nor data mine user and site visitor data. We hope to see you in the future as we continue to develop more content.
The photo included is a chart depicting how our application may assist in determining stock value in terms of dividend yield. YIELDS MATTER! Although Home Depot may pay a healthy annual dividend, its current stock price and general yield rate may not be up to snuff for the every day Joe retail trader such as myself.
